Andrew Todd - PSM

Andrew is a senior consultant with Esmond Management Consulting. Between 2017-2020 Andrew held the position of First Assistant Secretary, Consular and Crisis Division with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. He has been responsible for a cross-section of activities including crisis management, international policy, diplomacy, human resources, APEC, parliamentary and media, public diplomacy, trade advocacy and congressional liaison. He has served overseas in London, Japan, Washington as well as numerous short term postings. Andrew is a current Audit and Risk Committee Member with a Commonwealth Agency.
